Wall Preparation
This powder room required 100% wall prep. Our very pleased customer was compelled to share with us, this photo of her completed powder room. Because of the customers we meet, some of our smaller jobs are our favorites.

drywall repair
The wainscoting removal during this renovation damaged the drywall because the wainscoting was both glued and nailed to the drywall and studs. A few drywall repairs were needed.

We smoothed the walls with ultra lite joint compound, floating 100% of the walls. These wall were rough, so it took two coats.
dustless sanding
We used our Porter Cable dustless sander, for a quick, clean, smooth finish. The flooring was installed prior to our work so it was imperative that we contained the dust.
sealing & primering
To insure the stability of the walls, we sealed the walls with a high-quality, low VOC, acrylic primer/sealer.
