How busy are you?

We stay busy. Most of our residential commitments are 2 weeks out. Our larger efforts usually require more lead-time to staff properly. By not over-booking and budgeting enough time for each job, we keep our quality high and our response time fast.

What condition should the walls be in?

If this scope is being completed prior to our wall covering installation, feel free to contact us for recommendations. We should be able to quickly answer your questions.  Quite often, the existing wall conditions are adequate. 

  • The walls should be smooth.  Some wall coverings specify a level 5 finish. 
  • Surface mold needs to be treated. 
  • The walls should be sealed and primed. 

What paint, primer or sealer should we use?

If this scope is being completed prior to our wall covering installation, feel free to contact us for recommendations. We should be able to quickly answer your questions.  Quite often, the existing paint is adequate. 

  • peel & stick Murals:  2 coats semi-gloss latex, cured 7 to 10 days
  • persistent stains:  oil-based stain-blocking primer/sealer
  • new & repaired drywall:  2 coats acrylic primer/sealer, cured 7 to 10 days

Do we need to supply anything?

  • owner-supplied wall covering

We provide the labor, tools & supplies to install owner-supplied wall coverings. In special circumstances, because of logistics, we ask our customers to provide additional equipment.
